Architect Steve Erickson's plans for remodeling this lakefront rambler included larger bedrooms for the children, a kitchen expansion and a new three-car garage. The design dramatically increases the square footage and significantly changes the look of the home.
When the work is finished, the exterior has a wonderful new front entry along with a new deck overlooking the lake. The interior has been opened up and given lots of new windows for a bright and airy feel.
