Homeowners Suzanne and David decided to remodel their typical ranch-style house. Both Suzanne and David liked the home's location as well as the lot, but they felt that the home needed more charm and character. After more than a decade of living in the home, they felt they were ready to change the house into their perfect dream home. Her new design modifies much of the old floorplan, creating a more comfortable living space for the whole family. The new exterior adds the charm and character that they were looking for in their European-style home — including a turreted entry as one of the many highlights. The new interior features raised ceilings and a new third floor, which contains a master suite, master bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
