The owners of this ranch-style home considered moving, but they didn't want to leave the neighborhood they'd called home for 15 years. Instead, they opted for an extensive remodel.
Working with builder Richard Gher they came up with a design that added more than 2,000 square feet of space, most of which came in a second story addition containing three bedrooms and a new master suite.
