Boston Colonial

The owners of this Colonial home near Boston loved the property around their new home, but they intended to renovate the home before moving in. Architect David Stirling's redesign maintained the integrity of the original home's character and charm, but changed the home to meet the owners' needs.

Stirling's design increased the space considerably, from 4,600 square feet to a total of 9,600 square feet. All of the existing rooms were remodeled, and a large new addition made room for some wonderful new amenities. The exterior features an enhanced entry, garage and prominent addition off the back of the home. The interior has been expanded and brightened up with new decor and wonderful finishes. The spa, playroom, and sun porch are just a few of the many highlights of this remodeled home.
