The homeowners in this historic neighborhood needed more bedrooms for their children and more space for entertaining. They wanted to expand, brighten and reconfigure the rooms. Architect Michael O'Keefe's design added higher ceilings, created several new entertaining spaces and topped it all off with a second floor.

The exterior changes were dramatic with the new second story, steep roof and Tudor-style wood timbers. Inside, spacious rooms were finished with dark wood to enhance the overall look. A few highlights of the remodel are the large entertainment room and roof terrace complete with an outdoor fireplace.
