The homeowners bought their small Cape Cod home with the intention to remodel. They loved the location and charm, but knew they'd need more space for the family. Their goal was to add function and space without losing that Cape Cod charm.
Architect Bob Flubacker's design added more bedrooms and a larger kitchen inside, while enhancing the traditional charm of the exterior with gables and a new porch. The changes are dramatic, including a new laundry and mudroom, three additional bedrooms and an expanded kitchen and family area.
