Architect Randy Pimsler's design doesn't add a lot of square footage, but it reconfigures the rooms to allow for a more open and modern floor plan. Pimsler dresses up the outside with a high-pitched roof and stonework, while the interior boasts an expanded family room with 20' ceilings and 10' windows.
