Designer Bill Baker's design greatly increased the square footage by topping off the house with a new second floor and added classic exterior style featuring stone and shingle accents. The first floor was opened up and expanded, while the new second floor features bedroom and play space for the children. Other highlights include the oversized family room and screened porch.
