RIGGS WORKWEAR by Wrangler must know how many pairs of jeans and other pants I've trashed framing, demolishing, roofing, trimming and whatever else, because they've introduced a fabric called Ripstop in a new line of workpants and shorts.
The company says the 10-ounce 100 percent cotton ripstop fabric is suitable for all seasons. It gives workers the opportunity to add layers in cold weather, but is still wearable in warmer climates without feeling like you're wrapped up in an old army tent.
But who cares about tough when work pants do things and go places that aren't comfortableor don't move with you at all when you're racing around or bending to fire that last nail? RIGGS WORKWEAR's room2move design combines comfort with toughness according to Wrangler, offering improved fit in the seat, thigh, knee and bottom opening.
Then there are the details that make it look like someone from RIGGS visited a jobsite and followed workers around. First, the hammer loop is on the right side where most workers can reach it, with a smaller leg pocket on the left (a great place to keep a pen and cell phone). The front pockets are 13-inches deep and the back pockets are lined with 1000 denier cordura nylon reinforcement, so the point on that 5-in-1 tool or screwdriver doesn't eventually work its way through the fabric.
If you don't want to wear the same color every day of your working life, RIGGS WORKWEAR comes in a variety of colors and styles from the traditional work pant to a cargo pocket configuration.
RIGGS WORKWEAR by Wrangler also has a tough line of Durashield denim jeans. The jeans include the room2move comfort design, deep pockets and hammer loop detail while the Durashield fabric toughens them up, keeping them comfortable for hard days on site.
