Hummer Roughneck Computer
Tool Review

(Continued from Page 3)

By Mark Clement

Mike's Rundown

Mike's the guy who keeps the machines in my world headquarters fine-tuned. He looked under the hood and liked what he saw. Here's his review:

"With its 1.86 GHz Intel Pentium M processor, 512MB SDRAM standard expandable to 1.5GB and its 80 GB removable hard drive, the Itronix Hummer Notebook is a great machine for mobile computing.

"Connectivity is easy with 56 Kbps V.92 fax/modem with 10/100/1000M bit Ethernet LAN, wireless 802.11a/b/g and optional WWAN from Verizon, Sprint or Cingular.
With the radios off, the battery life is between three and four hours. Its enhanced outdoor-viewable display and Mobile Intel 915GM Express Graphics Memory Controller hub with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 featuring DVMT 3.0 and 128MB Video Memory provides great viewing indoors and out.

"Realtek Audio and integrated stereo speakers provide the sound with convenient keyboard volume and mute controls."
