Wind Crest electric smooth top cooktop combines commercial performance with the convenience of ceramic glass. Multiple element sizes and shapes, with outputs ranging from 30 to 4400 watts, allow users to simmer and sear with up to seven pans at the same time.
The cooktop includes surface sizes from 5" to 9" round elements and an adjustable simmer/warming element. It features a bridge element to create a continuous oblong heated surface.
