WINTER PARK, FL -- Buyers at The Sage at Winter Park in Florida will have one more thing to add to their curb appeal: a new car. That's because the developer is giving buyers a new car -- while supplies last.

The free new car, a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt, will be gifted to buyers while supplies last. The Cobalt has an EPA rating of 37 miles per gallon highway. Buyers will be presented with the title to the new car upon closing said McCook.
