ALL CREATIVE REQUESTS SHOULD ARRIVE WITH:
  1. Advertiser's logo: eps or vector format, NOT gif or jpg format. Please include color and/or black & white versions.
  2. URL to advertiser's website for designer's research.
  3. URL to where the ad should link. For microsites, co-branded pages or projects with multiple links, please provide URLs for all linked items.
  4. Company tag line if it is to be used, and style guide if applicable.
  5. Any photography that is required by advertiser to include (preferably in hi-res format).
