Fenestration is huge in housing these days, and I'm not talking about the number of window types or options. I'm talking about the actual glass itself. While there are some window makers still fixated on simulated-divided creating that old-time feeling when glass couldn't span, there are companies like Panda Windows & Doors that seem to be embracing glass's span-ability (alert Merriam-Webster and the American Dialect Society; I just coined this new word) of glass technology.
Panda offers its Panoramic line of windows and sliding glass doors, which have curved openings — and they are big time. There are zero mullions or bars obstructing the view from these windows, so be careful when you're walking toward them to make sure they're open. While there are limits to the size of the radius, the company does offer frame color options. Keep an eye on this trend.
