The first floor has relatively little living space — one bedroom, a full bath and an entertainment/family room, as well as pleny of storage and the garage. The main entrance to the house is also on this ground level. Two back-to-back closets directly across from the front door provide space for an elevator in case future occupants ever need one. Stairs to the second floor are just inside the entrance to the entertainment room. A patio at the rear of the house, which faces the ocean, extends the living space and provides a shady place for relaxation.
