Niles Whole House Audio, ZR-4 and ZR-6
Whole house audio systems are not new, but at this years show Niles Audio introduced the ZR MultiZone whole house audio system that's easy to install, configure and use. The ZR-4, for four zones of audio, includes:

• a four-zone receiver that includes amplifiers, AM/FM turner and inputs for other music sources;
• four weather resistant keypads;
• IR flashers to control other audio components;
• an IR learning remote.

Just add speaker wire and speakers. Need more audio zones? They also have the ZR-6 (six zones), and both the ZR-4 and ZR-6 expandable. Add a high end feature to your homes without breaking the bank, the ZR-4 retails for $1499.
