In an ultra-modern home of remarkable architectural character, creating a powder room required a concept that would bring distinctive impact without being overly indulgent. The design took on an urban industrial feel of great appeal to the client.

The concrete floors are tinted in a soothing eggplant hue. The scarlet red of feature walls generates instant contrast to the coolness of cement and metal. Fired steel panels riveted to the remaining walls provide a bold effect balanced by the bare bulb light fixtures. A framed specialty glass alternative became the perfect choice for a door, to allow a less confined feeling while maintaining privacy.
