The Pinehills Point of View
Located six miles from downtown Plymouth, Mass., and the location of this year’s HGTV Green Home, The Pinehills, a village-style community honored with The National Association of Home Builders’ coveted Best Master-Planned Community award, preserves 2,000 acres of land as open space. Cottage-style homes in the neighborhood are built on small lots, within walking distance of a village green, and are designed to resemble homes built decades ago on Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. The conceptual plan includes two championship golf courses, walking trails and retail space.
